Nacido en Buenos Aires, Argentina en 1980.
De profesión Fotógrafo, actualmente con base en Buenos Aires, también se desempeña como Director de Fotografía, Director de Arte, Productor y Videógrafo.
Sus inicios en la fotografía fueron en el rubro editorial, integrando distintos medios gráficos como Revista Noticias, Diario Perfil y Diario La Nación, entre otros.
Desde el 2009 colabora con distintas agencias y productoras ligadas a la comunicación y la publicidad, en proyectos relacionados a la fotografía de productos, branding, campañas publicitarias, como también coberturas y eventos.
Especializado en el rubro gastronómico, trabaja junto a chefs, restaurantes, ferias gastronómicas y marcas de la escena actual.
En su trabajo personal explora la belleza de lo incorrecto, lo cotidiano, lo que se vuelve invisible por cercanía, lo que queda en los márgenes del set de fotografía.

Matías Quintana was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1980.
He is a professional Photographer currently based in Buenos Aires, who also works as a Director of Photography, Art Director, Producer and Videographer.
He began his career in photography in the editorial field, working for various print media/editorial companies such as “Noticias” Magazine, “Perfil” Newspaper and “La Nación” Newspaper, among others.
Since 2009 he has been collaborated with different communication and advertising agencies and production companies, working on projects related to product photography, branding, advertising campaigns, as well as coverage of events.
Specialized in gastronomy, he works alongside with chefs, restaurants, food fairs, and brands of the current gastronomic scene.
In his personal work, he explores the beauty of the incorrect, the everyday images, whatever becomes invisible due to proximity, and with things that remain on the margins of the photography set.
